WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to help with the Gibbys site for the MHCC
We need three shifts per site of 10 people per shift per site. 1st shift will be from 1 until 4, the 2nd will be 4 until 7 and 3rd is 7 until 10.
Our job is to be guest relations for the cruise. This includes welcoming each car and giving them a program. 2 volunteers at each entrance and exit. Also as needed to help direct traffic in the sites to parking spaces. We do not need to work the poker run booths this year. We will be saving about 30 spots at each site for volunteer parking. Make sure that the volunteers from the other clubs get this special parking. We also are asking the club members to make sure they cruise to the other sites. Please do not park all day in one spot. Enjoy the entire cruise. And encourage others to enjoy the entire cruise and see all the sites.
The MHCC will have the Prime spot at the Prime Site for this Cruise again this year.
What do you get for volunteering? A really cool Volunteer t shirt & Dinner at the Stampede on Friday night (6/18). Special reserved parking at all cruise sites. Each club will receive a ΒΌ page ad in the program and can set up a booth at their site to promote their club. In addition each club member is encouraged to promote their club to any non members as they drive in to the sites.
